Minimum Auto Liability limit increase

On 4/1/08 Texas increased the minimum limits required for auto liability to
$25,000 per person bodily injury
$50,000 per accident bodily injury
$25,000 per accident property damage

You must carry at least these limits to meet the financial responsibility laws in Texas.
